About The Position

Arrow Construction, a full-service underground utilities construction company established in 1995 and based in Sacramento, CA, serves northern and central California. Our services encompass underground utility work, vacuum excavation, asphalt/concrete restoration, and traffic control. We specialize in wet and dry utilities, directional drilling, potholing, patch paving, and concrete restoration throughout Northern California. We are seeking a motivated and hard-working Paving/Concrete Foreman with a minimum of two years of experience in patch paving, wet/dry utilities, and concrete restoration.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience with patch paving, wet/dry utility, and concrete restoration
• Clean Valid California Driver's License
• Ability to pass a drug, Pre-Employment physical, and background test

Responsibilities

• Manage crew to work productively
• Enforce all safety regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate records (Timekeeping, PO receipts)
• Communicate with management, customers, and vendors
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Communicate site and crew needs to the Supervisor
• Problem solver with strong organizational skills
• Ability to read plans & specs
• Work well under pressure
