About The Position

The P.A.V.E. ("Prevention of Abuse and Violence through Education") Program Counselor is responsible for providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies. This role performs intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames. The counselor also provides group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
• Certification for IPAEP

Nice To Haves

• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred
