About The Position

Walden Security is seeking a rover security officer to patrol different locations for a single company throughout the Knoxville area in a company truck. The role involves patrolling assigned areas to inspect for unauthorized access or suspicious activities, performing basic vehicle inspections, and maintaining logs of patrols, observations, and incidents. This position is crucial for protecting client properties against various threats.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Acceptable driving record (no more than one occurrence in the last 3 years, no DUIs).
At least 25 years old to be covered under the Walden Security Auto Insurance Policy.
Mobility is required (walking).
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Minimum of 25 years of age.
Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Patrol different locations throughout the Knoxville area in a company truck.
Walk or drive through assigned areas to inspect doors, windows, gates, parking lots, and perimeters for signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
Perform a basic inspection of the vehicle upon start.
Keep logs of patrols, observations, and incidents for compliance and investigation purposes.
Protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
