About The Position

Walden Security is seeking a rover to patrol different locations for a single company throughout the Knoxville area in a company truck. The role involves inspecting assigned areas to ensure security and document observations. Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals, and many others.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record (No more than one occurrence in the last 3 years, no DUIs, etc.)
• At least 25 years old to be covered under the Walden Security Auto Insurance Policy.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 25 years of age
• Mobility is required for walking.

Responsibilities

• Patrol different locations for one company throughout the Knoxville area in a company truck.
• Walk or drive through assigned areas to inspect doors, windows, gates, parking lots, and perimeters for signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
• Perform a basic inspection of the vehicle upon start.
• Keep logs of patrols, observations, and incidents for compliance and investigation purposes.
• Protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry.
