Requirements
- 1 year in public, industrial, or commercial security (including customer service)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (Level C: infant, child, adult)
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid security guard license issued by the Bureau de la sécurité privée
- Intermediate English (Level 2)
- Confidentiality, self-control, autonomy, interpersonal communication
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals
- Patrol the Science Centre or the site (on foot, by car, or golf cart) and interact with various client groups
- Act as a first responder by providing first aid
- Monitor surveillance cameras, control access, and manage fire and alarm systems
- Respond to emergency calls and communicate with emergency services (911)
