About The Position

Essex Meadows is recruiting for a hospitality focused Patio Cleaner to join our team! This is a seasonal position from June to September, with a schedule of Monday – Friday day shifts, up to 40 hours per week. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior porch areas, including furniture, screens, doors, and flooring. The position requires adherence to safety guidelines, company policies, and maintaining resident privacy. All new hires must pass a pre-employment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references.

Responsibilities

Clean exterior siding within the immediate porch area.
Wipe and maintain porch railings and surrounding surfaces.
Clean and care for porch screens.
Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces of porch doors.
Sweep and maintain wood porch flooring.
Vacuum carpeted areas as needed.
Clean and maintain screen door tracks.
Clean patio furniture upon request.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with company policies.
Prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently to meet daily goals.
Participate in required training, orientation, and life safety drills.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
