Requirements

• 2+ years dental treatment coordination or front office experience
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance, and patient financial conversations
• Experience presenting treatment and helping patients move forward

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Open Dental
• Experience with financing platforms and patient payment options

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Help patients understand insurance, financial options, and next steps
• Overcome barriers with empathy, education, and problem solving
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment consistently
• Help patients schedule and commit to their care
• Support the administrative team when needed
