Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Patient Transporter in our Patient Escort Services Department at South. This is a Part-time opportunity. Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Responsibilities
- Accept patient move assignments from the Dispatcher
- Provide a safe and efficient transport of the patient utilizing a wheelchair, stretcher, or bed, ensuring a quick yet safe manner
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure continuity of patient care
- Be compliant with mandatory education and health requirements
