About The Position
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Patient Transporter in our Patient Escort Services Department at Beaches. This is a part-time opportunity. Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Responsibilities
- Accept patient move assignments from the Dispatcher.
- Provide safe and efficient transport of the patient utilizing a wheelchair, stretcher, or bed, ensuring a quick yet safe manner.
- Work closely with nursing staff to maintain continuity of patient care.
- Be compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
