Requirements
- Extensive customer service experience and a desire to Put Patients First
- Experience in the hotel, restaurant or retail industry
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- All roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Maintain a culture of compassion, caring, warmth and support while transporting patients by pushing and pulling via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed to areas throughout the hospital.
- Conduct yourself in a courteous manner and responding to patients’ needs and inquiries politely and promptly.
- Spend quality time and build solid relationships with patients and their families.
- Pick up and delivers specimens in a timely fashion, and in accordance with established procedures and routing specifications.
- Go above and beyond for patients to deliver superior customer service and ensure their comfort and safety at all times.
