About The Position

This role involves supervising, organizing, and coordinating daily patient transportation activities, projects, events, and resources. The supervisor will delegate and assign work based on staff's knowledge, skills, and experience, ensuring tasks are performed appropriately and serving as an educational resource. Responsibilities also include assisting with interviewing, hiring, orientation, and evaluation of support staff, as well as continuously monitoring workflow and work volume to adjust job tasks as needed for daily completion. The role also focuses on identifying and implementing systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.

Requirements

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Transport, Customer Service experience
Ability to be certified in other areas to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities
