About The Position
This position is responsible for providing transportation services for Centra PACE/Ground Transport under the direction of the Transport Supervisor(s). Transportation will be provided to PACE participants and patients to & from Centra facilities. The Driver will be responsible for providing a safe and enriching experience for every individual from door to door.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide transportation services for Centra PACE/Ground Transport.
- Transport PACE participants and patients to and from Centra facilities.
- Provide a safe and enriching experience for every individual from door to door.
- Perform pre & post vehicle safety inspections.
- Follow scheduled transports.
- Report and handle vehicle maintenance issues.
- Communicate all participant/patient needs to immediate supervisor.
