About The Position
Provides communication via Transportation application, telephone, radio, cell phone, text messages, and in person; schedules and dispatches all Patient Transport requests. This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Like our patients, the Main Line Health Family encompasses a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Experience in dealing with customers and call taking preferred

- BLS preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and dispatching patient transport requests
- Operating transport software and communication systems
- Monitoring transporter locations and turnaround times
- Communicating updates and delays to units
- Maintaining continuous contact with transport staff to support efficient workflow
- Tracking attendance and coverage
- Overseeing patient flow within the department
- Assisting with patient or item transport when needed
