The Patient Services Representative is responsible for providing efficient, high-quality service to patients. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing information, entering patient charges into the EMR system, and balancing charges. Additionally, the position requires upholding standards for accurate and timely medical records, releasing information according to policy, ensuring the availability of patient records and forms, maintaining patient information confidentiality, and preparing charts for appointments.
