This role is for a Patient Support Program Training Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join the Patient Services team. The position is based in one of UCB’s offices: Smyrna, GA, Raleigh, NC or Boston MA, and is not a remote role. The individual will lead the design and delivery of training programs that enable patient services and reimbursement teams to perform at their best. This role translates complex program strategies into practical learning experiences that support patient access and operational excellence, ensuring teams have the necessary knowledge, tools, and capabilities to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the patient journey.
