Greet patients warmly, manage check in and check out, schedule appointments, collect payments, and answer calls.
Provide clear information, answer questions with confidence, and help people take the next step toward getting the care they need.
Maintain organized records, manage daily schedules, track supplies, and handle administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
Communicate with kindness, consistency, and integrity in every interaction inside and outside the clinic.
Make sure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and valued from their first visit to their last.
