The Patient Solutions & Engagement Strategy Lead is a critical role within Pfizer Specialty Care (SC), focused on enhancing the patient journey from diagnosis through treatment. This role is responsible for developing and executing the strategic roadmap for the Patient Solutions and Engagement (PSE) model, aiming to establish Pfizer as a leader in specialty patient support. The Strategy Lead will provide expertise and compliant strategies to simplify the patient and customer experience, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of various therapeutic areas. Working collaboratively with Patient Solutions leadership, SC Patient Services (PPS), and marketing teams, this individual will shape the short-to-mid-term strategy for how Patient Solutions teams, HUBs, SPPs, and digital tools integrate to ensure patient access and sustained therapy for Pfizer's specialty medicines. By leveraging external insights and competitive trends, the role will drive proactive evolution of patient support services. Additionally, the Strategy Lead will partner with Pfizer Digital and PPS to develop and govern an AI/digital roadmap for patient solutions, translate strategy into execution, and manage the SC PSE performance framework and dashboards.
