About The Position
New Life Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized individual for a temporary Patient Services (PS) role in their Baraboo team. This position will cover a leave of absence for an existing team member. The Patient Services team is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for creating an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, comfortable with technology, an excellent communicator, and enjoys helping people.

Nice To Haves
- Previous medical-office experience is helpful, but not required for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone
- Scheduling appointments and helping manage patient schedules
- Communicating effectively with patients and our clinical team
- Completing general front-office and administrative tasks
- Learning and using our technology and patient-management systems
- Helping create the positive, supportive environment our patients expect from New Life
