About The Position
New Life Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized individual for a temporary Patient Services (PS) role in their Baraboo team. This position is crucial as the first point of contact for patients, aiming to create an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, comfortable with technology, an excellent communicator, and enjoys helping people. The role involves approximately 22.5 hours per week, with potential flexibility in scheduled days and opportunities for additional hours. While this is a temporary position to cover a leave of absence, there may be an opportunity to continue with New Life in a PRN/as-needed capacity afterward.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone
- Scheduling appointments and helping manage patient schedules
- Communicating effectively with patients and our clinical team
- Completing general front-office and administrative tasks
- Learning and using our technology and patient-management systems
- Helping create the positive, supportive environment our patients expect from New Life
