Patient Services Supervisor
About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Patient Food Services Supervisor who shares their passion for food and service. The primary focus of this role is to assist with the overall leadership of the Server Team and oversee the Patient Experience. This includes ensuring amazing food, unexpected service, and engaging with patients to utilize the ordering system and/or assist with menu selections and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Customer Relations, Dining Experience, and Employee Management. Experience in a healthcare setting with patient/resident dining service hands-on knowledge is desired. Hospitality and outstanding communication skills are key.
Requirements
- Healthcare Patient/Resident Food Service experience desired
- Employee leadership skills
- AMAZING Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Creating effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
