• Pick up software/systems quickly - EHR and billing systems will be second nature in no time.
• Have experience in a service-oriented or customer/patient-facing role (healthcare experience is a plus, but not required!).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact - in person.
• Guide patients through financial conversations, explaining service costs, payment costs, and product/service clarity.
• Prepare patient documentation, consent forms, financial agreements.
• Partner with clinical staff so every patient is prepped and ready for their appointment.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while keeping provider schedules optimized.
• Verify insurance and collect patient demographics accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for patient accounts.
• Help patients navigate their options and feel confident moving forward with their care.
