About The Position

Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement. Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have. Patient Registration, insurance authorizations and verifications. Collect co-pays. Excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role
  • Excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload
  • Strong computer skills
