About The Position

Be the first point of care—guiding patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence while ensuring every detail of their visit is handled seamlessly. At SimonMed Imaging, the patient experience starts long before an exam takes place. Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care. Requirements

Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred

Responsibilities

Greeting patients
Verifying insurance
Processing documentation
Collecting, processing, and maintaining patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments with accuracy and care.
Handling sensitive or challenging situations with professionalism.
Helping resolve scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues while maintaining a positive patient experience.
