About The Position
Valley View's busy Women's Health clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office! This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The Patient Services Specialist will provide professional and friendly reception duties, organize patient flow, keep physicians and patients on schedule, maintain patient files and accounts accurately, and handle phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses. The role also assists with billing and collection efforts as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clerical skills: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Receptionist/clerical experience required
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Patient care background preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties
