About The Position

BayCare Clinic Cardiology is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join their team in Green Bay, WI. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all patients by managing check-ins, assisting with forms, handling communications, scheduling appointments, and collecting co-payments. The clinic emphasizes a collaborative culture, professional development, and a supportive work environment. The position operates Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., with no holidays or weekends required.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
• Must possess strong desktop computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant is appropriate.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients.
• Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
• Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
• Develops patient charts.
• Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
• Schedules patient appointments.
• Collects co-payments from patients.
• Performs general office duties.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.
• Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
