About The Position

BayCare Clinic Urological Surgeons is seeking a compassionate, thoughtful Patient Services Representative to support patients and contribute to a positive patient experience at its Green Bay, Wisconsin location. The role typically works Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with no holidays or weekends. The practice is an established, high-volume urology practice offering a full spectrum of treatment options, including surgical interventions. Its primary Green Bay location is a modern facility with aesthetic treatment rooms and dedicated procedure rooms.

The Patient Services Representative greets and checks in patients, assists with forms, answers and routes calls, develops and updates patient charts, schedules appointments, collects co-payments, and performs general office duties. The position requires maintaining confidentiality and working safely, compliantly, and ethically. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
• Strong desktop computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Post-high-school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or HealthCare Business Services.
• Experience with EPIC.
• Prior experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
