POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support both our Main Street and Harbour View locations. This role is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. The PSR will also provide general administrative support and assist with clinical duties as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Greet patients
Check in patients and assist with individual concerns, as they arise
Collect appropriate information including insurance overview, co-pay and deductible assignment and open balances
Performs administrative tasks and must be cross trained on medical assistant responsibilities to provide support as needed
Other tasks, as assigned
