About The Position

Radiology Ltd., a 500-employee medical imaging organization, is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to join their dynamic team at the Camp Lowell site in Tucson, AZ. The role involves being an integral part of the patient experience, requiring empathy, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements

• High School or GED required at time of hiring.
• Must be able to pass General Skills Assessment test.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years medical office experience or related education helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients through the registration process.
• Building accounts and creating necessary forms.
• Processing paperwork and entering patient data.
• Collecting co-pays and payments on self-pay accounts.
