Requirements

• A genuine ability to make people feel calm, heard, and cared for
• Comfort managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work across teams, workflows, and clinic settings
• High school diploma required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Medical terminology or insurance knowledge is helpful but not required — we train you

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions
• Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams
• Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms
• Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts
• Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow
• Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support daily operations
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality
