About The Position

Come work at our Physical Therapy clinic in Frazer / Malvern, PA. We are a growing PT practice that offers its employees on-the-job training, and a family work environment supporting its own. Motive Sports and Physical Therapy is a growing practice focused on providing superior quality care to all individuals with orthopedic and neurological conditions. We believe in our mission, which is to create the most MOTIVATING environment possible for clients to recover from injury and return to their highest potential. We believe this starts with the initial patient interaction and quality customer service that begins with the Patient Services Motivator (PSM). We are looking for a part time Patient Services Motivator (PSM) for our late afternoon/evening and Saturday morning shifts. We are focused on finding an employee with excellent multi-tasking and communication skills with an upbeat attitude and desire to be a part of an experienced team. We will provide training for expected and proficient use of our electronic medical records system (EMR), insurance verification, and billing processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent computer skills desired.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, reliability, and strong communication skills REQUIRED.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior healthcare experience in administrative / front desk role preferred.
  • Experience in a physical therapy office setting recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and managing clients at their initial and subsequent follow up visits creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, uploading and emailing documents, and generating reports. Ordering supplies for the office.
  • Maintain HIPPA compliance with all client interaction and management of personal information gathered.
  • Daily correspondence with insurance carriers for verification and authorization management.
  • Provide accurate and efficient scheduling options for our clients.
  • Assist our physical therapists with efficient patient flow, help with office equipment management, and general office cleanliness.
  • Be a goal-oriented member of the team on a daily basis in order to promote and advance our mission.
