Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with inquiries related to services, products, and insurance coverage.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and follow-up.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
