Patient Service Representative II (PSR II) is a float position responsible for supporting front desk operations and functions related to the enrollment and registration of new patients/clients across all five Health Centers. This role requires travel between locations, including but not limited to the Navigation Center, to provide coverage and operational support as needed. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, completing registration and intake processes, and backfilling front desk coverage as needed to ensure efficient daily operations and continuity of care.
