About The Position

BayCare Clinic Oral Surgery & Implant Specialists is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join their team in Green Bay, WI. This role is ideal for a compassionate and thoughtful individual who is dedicated to contributing to a positive patient experience. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no holidays or weekends required. BayCare Clinic is a physician-owned entity with over 20 specialties, offering a stable and supportive environment. The Oral Surgery & Implant Specialists practice is a high-volume, growing practice with multiple locations, providing a full range of oral and maxillofacial treatments. Requirements

• A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
• Must possess strong desktop computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Post high school coursework in Dental/Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant is appropriate.
• Experience with electronic charting is preferred.
• Prior experience in a dental/medical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients.
• Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
• Answers phones, takes messages, and routes calls when necessary.
• Develops patient charts.
• Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
• Schedules patient appointments.
• Collects co-payments from patients.
• Performs general office duties.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.
• Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
