About The Position
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Patient Services Representative - Cosmetic Concierge to support patient care across multiple practices and facilities. The role manages registration, appointment scheduling, clinical call coordination, referrals, and patient records, helping maintain operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and committed to patient care and operational excellence. The position pays $18–$22 per hour and has Monday–Friday, eight-hour days. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and products.
- Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the role, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling while providing high-quality customer service.
- Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel for timely resolution.
- Assist patients with required forms and paperwork, providing guidance to support accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work area and lobby.
- Identify and escalate patient concerns to appropriate team members or departments.
- Meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks.
- Maintain an understanding of billing processes and the medical services offered by practitioners.
- Enter referral information, manage patient records, and keep medical charts up to date and accessible.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support healthcare operations.
