This role also involves performing clerical duties, collecting payments, screening patients for financial assistance programs, and completing registration functions. The representative will assist team members, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and maintain knowledge of government payor compliance requirements. Additionally, they are expected to assist with escalated issues, train other team members, and act as a subject matter expert.
