Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a medical and/or dental office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of clerical and office support services.
• Manage reception duties.
• Answer phones.
• Schedule appointments.
• Arrange interpreters for services.
• Register patients.
• Assist with insurance applications.
• Assist with sliding fee applications.
• Assist with pre-authorization applications.
• Process requests for records.
• Process referral requests.
• Perform other general office duties as assigned.
