They are seeking a Patient Services Representative - Dental to join their mission-driven team. The role involves providing clerical and office support services within a dental setting, contributing to the organization's commitment to quality healthcare and community strengthening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a dental office setting.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual, English and a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of clerical and office support services including reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters for services needed, registering patients, assisting with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization applications, processing request for records, referral, and other general office duties as assigned.
