About The Position

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. This role also involves appointment scheduling.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
  • Current BLS certificate.

Nice To Haves

  • Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish
