Nemours is seeking a Full-Time 32 hours a week PSR II who will provide exceptional service to patients and families by rotating between the front desk and phone room. This is a full-time position with the following clinic operating hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and every other Saturday: 7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. Team members should expect to work a minimum of six Saturdays per year. This position requires flexibility to rotate between front desk and phone room responsibilities based on operational needs while upholding Nemours’ commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and family-centered care. Schedule: 32 hours per week with hours that can range between 7a-6p. Provide service excellence to each patient and family by performing and completing designated business processes associated with an outpatient visit. At each outpatient visit, complete processes in an efficient fashion, ensuring that the patient and family are prepared for their outpatient appointment in a timely fashion. Also, ensure that all demographic and financial information is accurately verified in advance of the patient visit, and monitor the waiting room and work environment to ensure patient safety and high service levels. Participate in Nemours programs for continuous quality, performance, and service improvement and work with department management to improve the services provided, through a team-based approach.
