About The Position

Obtains complete, accurate and relevant patient data for the purpose of registration for the outpatient and Emergency department population; completes patient insurance verification and copay collection.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge required with the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
• Excellent phone and customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Cerner experience preferred
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
