The Patient Services Program Manager PSPM within Eisai Market Access will oversee day-to-day program operations of Eisai patient support programs to assure quality and business rules compliance. This role will work to identify continuous improvement opportunities and escalate as appropriate. The PSPM will be responsible for building internal processes and documentation to assure successful program oversight. The PSPM will conduct routine call monitoring and review of external vendors. The PSPM will build budget requirements/proposals and track program operational costs and FTEs. The PSPM will partner with the field-based access and reimbursement team to resolve patient/provider issues. This role will be a part of the strategy/program development process by sharing feedback and ideas. This position will work cross-functionally with applicable Eisai stakeholders to include other Market Access teams, Compliance, Legal, Training and Internal Audit.
