Manages assigned day-to-day operations, ensuring daily department and patient objectives are met timely and accurately. Provides team members with support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as appropriate. Manages team members to ensure phone, written and scheduling activities all fall within company quality and SLA guidelines. Conducts or supports ongoing training for existing employees. Liaises with Regional Directors of Operations and Practice Managers to support our dental practices and educate practice teams on Patient Services’ processes and scheduling procedures.
