About The Position

At Achieve Life Sciences, we’re working toward bringing cytisinicline forward as a potential treatment option for nicotine dependence. As we prepare for the next phase of the company, we’re thinking deeply about what the patient experience should look like from prescription through treatment. We are interested in connecting with people who know Patient Services and have experience navigating the complexities of patient access, reimbursement, Hub services, specialty pharmacy, and patient support in biopharma. We are particularly interested in people who have worked in specialty, complex, or other therapeutic areas where the patient journey requires thoughtful coordination across multiple stakeholders. This is an opportunity to meet smart, thoughtful people who know this space, have opinions about what works, and can bring a fresh perspective to the conversation.

Requirements

• Experience navigating the complexities of patient access, reimbursement, Hub services, specialty pharmacy, and patient support in biopharma
• Experience in specialty, complex, or other therapeutic areas where the patient journey requires thoughtful coordination across multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Built or evolved patient services strategies around a product launch
• Designed patient pathways that reduce friction between prescription and treatment initiation
• Led or partnered closely with Hub services, benefit verification, prior authorization, affordability, or patient assistance programs
• Worked with specialty pharmacies and distribution partners to create an effective, compliant patient experience
• Built or supported field reimbursement capabilities and HCP office support
• Thought strategically about the intersection of patient services, market access, commercial strategy, data, and technology
• Helped organizations move from pre-launch planning into launch execution
• Built patient support infrastructure in environments where there was more to create than there was to inherit
