About The Position

Dinosaur Dental is seeking friendly, patient, and dependable individuals to join their Patient Services Team, specifically for evening shifts from 2pm to 7pm. The role involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with patient questions regarding treatment, insurance, and payment plans, verifying insurance information, conducting outbound calls for reminders and outreach, and documenting patient interactions. The company provides full training in scheduling, patient communication, workflows, and insurance basics, with compensation during training. The ideal candidate will have a positive, patient-centered attitude, a passion for helping families, a friendly and reassuring communication style, strong phone skills, the ability to multitask and stay organized, and a strong work ethic. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and experience in pediatrics, dental, or customer service is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a family-friendly approach
