About The Position

Dinosaur Orthodontics is seeking friendly, patient, and dependable individuals to join their Patient Services Team. This role is crucial in creating a warm, supportive, and stress-free experience for families navigating their child's orthodontic journey. The position involves being the first point of contact for parents and caregivers, guiding them from initial consultation through ongoing treatment. Full training is provided in scheduling, patient communication, workflows, and insurance basics, with compensation during training.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Pediatric, dental, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a family-friendly approach
Schedule appointments
Assist with general questions about treatment, insurance, payment plans, etc
Verify basic insurance information
Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and unscheduled treatment outreach
Accurately document patient interactions and maintain organized, up-to-date records
Collaborate with clinical and business team members to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient
