Drive a unified, data-driven view of Patient Services activity and effectiveness across Patient Services Operations, Access, Patient Marketing, Project Governance. As the Patient Services Effectiveness Analytics and Reporting Partner you will drive a unified, data-driven view of Patient Services activity and effectiveness across Patient Services Operations, Access, Patient Marketing, Project Governance. As a Reporting & Analytics subject matter expert, you will drive improvement of operational data quality across Patient Services and generate, interpret, and communicate insights into performance and outcomes in Patient Services Operations, Access, Patient Marketing, and Project Governance. In this cross-functional role, you will partner with Patient Services leadership, Access program owners, Patient Marketing, Operations, Finance and Commercial Operations to design role and function specific dashboards, KPIs, and reports and partner with the Patient Services Reporting Team for build and implementation of solutions. You will build analytics products and standardized reporting for a wide range of activities, including benefits verification, prior authorization, affordability and copay programs, onboarding, patient engagement campaigns, operational governance, and financial management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of insights and analytics experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, SQL, etc., and dashboard tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems for information extraction
  • Experience in Hub, Patient Services, or Commercial pharmaceutical/biotech organizations
  • Proficiency in data storytelling with the ability to translate analytics into business actions
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and teamwork abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to focus quickly on critical issues while prioritizing current work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/assignments to demanding deadlines with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into KPI designs and own KPI definitions, tracking, and performance readouts for operational and leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and governance scorecards.
  • Design and oversee delivery of automated dashboards and recurring reports for Access, Patient Marketing, Project Governance, Financial Management, and Patient Services Operations; align on enterprise metric definitions and source-of-truth.
  • Deliver rigorous analyses that generate actionable insights on topics like patient access barriers, operational throughput, and financial efficiency to guide strategy and day-to-day operations.
  • Triage analytics requests from Patient Services Operations and cross-functional partners; proactively surface insights and risks to leadership.
  • Conduct complex analyses and translate those analyses into clear narratives and practical recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead a systematic approach to capturing stakeholder needs and prioritizing standard and ad-hoc analytics that support strategic decision making.
  • Serve as the data steward for Patient Services CRM data, defining and maintaining data standards, metadata, master/reference data, and data quality rules; monitoring quality (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency), managing data issue intake and resolution, and driving root-cause remediation with PS Operations, Commercial Operations and IT under HIPAA and privacy controls.
  • Ensure data are analysis-ready by cleaning, validating, integrating, and documenting curated datasets; conduct data tests and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
  • Facilitate a culture of planning and project management, using consistent tools and approaches and ensure that work is tracked, prioritized and resourced effectively.
  • Manage analytical projects, including external vendors and IT partners, to deliver on timeline, scope, budget, and expectations.
  • Operate as the subject matter expert for Patient Services effectiveness analytics, anticipating questions and providing timely, insight-driven decision support to leadership.
  • Maintain a compliant mindset in all operational tasks and analyses, ensuring appropriate evaluation of performance within PHI/privacy and quality frameworks.
