About The Position

The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for working directly with patients and their families to discuss any questions, complaints, comments, or suggestions. In addition, he/she advocates for patient in resolution of concerns and complaints. Requirements

  • Relevant Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with patients and their families to discuss any questions, complaints, comments, or suggestions.
  • Advocating for patients in the resolution of concerns and complaints.
  • Performing tasks that are typically routine that may impact team's performance with occasional guidance.
  • Utilizing some discretion and research to solve routine problems.
  • Applying knowledge of standards, established processes and procedures that apply to your own job.
  • Providing guidance to entry-level co-workers.
  • Continuously improving own skills by identifying development opportunities.
  • Seeking to understand colleagues' priorities, working styles and developing relationships across areas.
