Patient Service Specialist - Medical Front Office
About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) for their Austin, TX (William Cannon) location. This is a full-time, entry-level position with varying hours between Monday - Friday, 7 am - 7 pm. The compensation depends on the candidate's years of experience and internal equity, with a starting salary of $18 - $25 per hour. The role emphasizes work-life balance and offers a comprehensive benefits package. The PSS will be responsible for various front office duties in outpatient rehabilitation centers, including patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and supporting therapists. This position requires travel to multiple clinics.
Requirements
