Greet and register patients, providing information about their visit and next appointment. Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone. Communicate regularly with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and the business development team. Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications. Prepare patient intake forms prior to appointments to ensure timely service. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed. Counsel patients on their financial responsibility at the time of service. Achieve quality assurance goals and adhere to established systems for securing and reconciling payments. Effectively communicate with all contacts to solve problems and maintain a clean and safe environment.
