Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for their Montgomery location. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the facility’s “front office” activities. The specialist will manage patient scheduling, reception duties, medical record preparation, clinic statistics and report compilation, data collection and dissemination regarding patient demographics and third-party payers, and other necessary clerical and office functions. They will also obtain and track authorizations and collect, reconcile, and prepare daily bank deposits for over-the-counter cash. The position requires exceptional communication skills and availability for varied shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
